SCCA/pro.ba, established in 1998, is a video, film and TV production. After establishing a strong basis in the production of artist videos and installations, pro.ba entered into film production with Aida Begic’s short FIRST DEATH EXPERIENCE (Cannes Film Festival, Cinefondation, 2000).

In the years to follow pro.ba continued with production of original and inspiring work, concentrating equally on fiction as well as documentary films. Films made by pro.ba have participated and won awards at festivals worldwide including Cannes FF, Berlinale, Venice FF, Rotterdam FF, Locarno FF, IDFA, Clermont-Ferrand Short FF, Goteborg FF, Sarajevo FF among others. Latest productions of the company are AN EPISODE IN THE LIFE OF AN IRON PICKER premiered in competition at Berlinale 2013 where it won Grand Jury Prize and Silver Bear for Best Actor and WITH MOM (Faruk Loncarevic – In Competition Sarajevo Film Festival 2013).
